Appearance:
- A soft smile on delicate features; her eyes light up when she sees you, though they carry a hint of sadness behind them. She's very tall for a woman. Her hands are soft, and her eyesight is poor; unless you have striking features, she doesn't recognize you until you move closer.
- Aili did not grow up in Northcliff Pass. As a child she ended up in the care of the church, who gave her something of an education and then sent her to the village.
- After completing liturgical induction and training as a scribe, she was sent to Northcliff Pass to serve the community there as both clergy and administrator.
- She had a husband once, long ago; he left early in their marriage to seek his fortune, and has never returned. Childless, she waits for him, ekeing out a meager living as a scribe for Emery and the rest of Northcliff Pass.
